An event sure to delight car lovers / fans in Victoria is the Classic Car Festival that happens yearly in the Oak Bay neighbourhood.
Plenty of collectors owners drive their smooth rides into this location to share with the community. Vendors are open (coffeshops / restaurants /food trucks) during the event.
The Oak Bay Avenue closes to traffic other than for collector car access, so you and your family can safely cruise around and explore the colorful car display.
Prepare to dismount your bike ! (No Bike valet is available, but you can walk through the event with your bycicle – I did with my e-scooter), just have your wits and patience about you.

Prepare for the sunny weather (water bottle, hat , etc)
NEARBY : Nearby is the Oak Bay Marina which you can explore, it’s a very good walking spot and offers stellar views of the ocean
